Description

The students have the opportunity to work with advanced practice nurses in hospice/palliative care. This includes direct patient/family contact during home visits, team conferences, and clinical forums with the clinical group. The students have opportunities to work with the dying and their families in other settings such as hospitals and extended care facilities.
