Description
This course will examine a variety of concepts and theories essential to professional nursing practice. Major contributions to the development of nursing knowledge and science will be studied from a variety of theoretical perspectives. Factors affecting the roles of Advanced Practice Nurses will be discussed including transformative practice. Writing as a means of professional communication will be emphasized.
