Description
An overview of traditional and popular music from a variety of non-Eurocentric cultures around the world. Attention will be given to musical styles and functions as well as the political, social, religious, and historical factors that influence and/or are influenced by them. Fulfills the Ursuline Core Curriculum requirement for a course in Art, Art Therapy or Music. *AE/DC
