Description
The culminating project is expected to provide students the opportunity to integrate their learning and make a substantial impact on their organization. The project is predominantly a self-directed learning project. It is designed with input from the student's mentor and the senior officers of the organization and completed under the guidance of a faculty mentor. Ideally, the project should be a stepping stone along the path the organization has plotted for the student through the mentoring and emerging leaders program. The culminating project is expected to communicate a vivid vision of the organization and how the student interacts with the organization.
