Description

A primary goal of this course is to analyze the driving forces of entrepreneurship that also include innovations in product development. Emphasis is on conducting market research to identify new opportunities to create a competitive advantage within a dynamic, technology enhanced, and global environment. The primary topics discussed include: developing an entrepreneurial mindset, defining the entrepreneurial process, evaluating globalization and technological innovation strategies, conducting market research, identifying new ventures or new product opportunities, and developing a business plan. Prerequisite: MBA 554 and MBA 506; or permission of instructor
