Description
This course focuses on both the theoretical and practical application of the relationship among project procurement management, project management and ethical responsibilities of managers. Primary topics discussed include managing project procurement; solicitation planning; evaluation criteria; examining results; professional and ethical responsibilities; complying with rules and policies; and the professional code of conduct. Prerequisite: MBA 554; or permission of instructor
