Description

This course focuses on the concepts and procedures used in operations and logistics management for those types of organizations that manufacture a product or provide a service to their consumers. Topics discussed include operations strategy, capacity planning, manufacturing processes, supply chain analysis, logistics procedures, linear programming, queuing theory, forecasting methods, and inventory control processes. Prerequisite: MBA 501 or 502; and 511 or 561; or permission of instructor
