Guidelines and Policies for Prevention
In this interactive course, you will gain a better understanding of harassment issues in schools and learn intervention strategies to use in protecting yourself and others from harassment. This course discusses the relationship between discrimination and harassment, as well as the impact of sexual harassment on victims and the workplace. The course also describes the legal and operational definitions of the forms of harassment, methods for stopping harassment, and guidelines for creating and implementing policies to prevent harassment.
