Description
This course offers a survey of Western art from 1750 through 1900. During the course students are introduced to a variety of methods and theoretical approaches employed by art historians as they work to understand an art object. Special attention is paid to artwork in the collection of the Cleveland Museum of Art. Open to non-majors. Fulfills Core Curriculum requirement of Art, Art Therapy, or Music.*AE/DC
